Our children are constantly watching and listening to us. That’s why, from the youngest ages, it’s important to model healthy digital habits. Swiping and scrolling is easy, and so is getting caught up in endless content — even for adults.

Prioritize IRL (in real life) activities. Research shows face-to-face time with your kids is essential for their healthy development. So be sure to plan plenty of activities for yourself and your family that do not include screens.
Be available. Let your kids know they can come to you with any questions or issues they may have about using technology. This helps build trust and lets your child know they can come to.
